Humanity’s Greatest Challenge

 

 

 

When the Dalai Lama was asked what it is about humanity that has surprised him the most, he had this to say; “Man, because he sacrifices his health in order to generate wealth. Then he sacrifices his wealth in order to recover his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he doesn’t enjoy the present. As a result he lives neither in the present nor the future, and he lives as if he’s never going to die. And then he dies, having never really lived”.

 

Once we know and believe in who we are, we can achieve beyond the ordinary – outside of the limits of imitation. Our past and the plans that others have for our lives, does not need to determine our future.

 

Who we are

Everybody, in their own right, is a leader; if they wish to become masters of their own destiny, and to experience a future that is not determined by their past, or other people’s expectations of them.

 

Our expertise lies in being able to hold up the mirror for people to get it - that life is not about imitating what others have done, by striving for ‘position and possession’ (Max Moyo) - but rather about charting their own path, and making a difference out there; wherever they happen to  be.

 

People come to work, not just for their daily bread, but for their daily ‘meaning’ too. We know that people who are self-ignited and in touch with their talents and strengths will take their own lives, as well as those around them - and the businesses they are connected with - to new and  sustainable heights.

Apart from our practical and engaging approach we know that, in the absence of a ‘big enough reason why’, people will stay exactly where they are - endlessly preparing to live; ‘dreaming of one life, whilst living another’. This is an important insight as we know that, without the leverage of something that is so much more than where they are right now - together with the belief that it really is attainable - people will literally be stuck with what they have always had.

 

The same is true of organisations and teams. They need something to strive for, that is beyond results and bigger pay packages.

We have made it our life’s journey to facilitate, to coach, to challenge, to partner, to feed back, to walk alongside, to support, and to celebrate; with people who have chosen the challenging journey into new possibilities within FLP.

 

 

Inspired Coaches and Leaders

 

We know that, for most, coaching is not enough. Despite the fact that we might excite people with what is possible when they are living their lives ‘on purpose’, and when they are inspired by a big enough reason ‘why’ - a goal with a soul - for most this is not sufficient. We are inadvertently sending them back into the cauldron that created their problems in the first place, and which quickly swallows most people all over again. Inevitably they revert to dreaming of one life, whilst living another.

 

What’s enormously exciting is that we can now offer people an alternative and unique ‘vehicle’, called Forever, which they can use to actually transform their lives, whilst we coach and mentor them every step of the way. Apart from being a vehicle for achieving financial independence, Forever’s primary focus is on wellness; helping people achieve optimal health by using their organic, herbicide and pesticide-free Aloe Vera and Beehive products.

 

This is a unique opportunity for inspired individuals who have chosen a challenging but exciting leadership journey within FLP, to work together in building a sustainable future - for themselves and the people whom they coach.
