Team Synergy

 

Team Synergy is operating under a UK-based FLP Team called ‘Synergy Business Development’ (www.synergybusinessdevelopment.com). Megan Henry and Howard Taylor are heading up this Team. It is one of the fastest growing and most successful teams in Europe, and so we are very proud to be associated with them.

 

We have been operating since August 2011 in South Africa, and we are already enjoying success because of our unique approach. In keeping with our abundance philosophy, we are spending a generous proportion of our time supporting and developing our Team-Members, as opposed to fanatically signing up people, as is common practice. At the same time we are being sure not to absolve people of the responsibility for growing themselves. This is the only way to duplicate our success, that others might enjoy it too.
