Our Culture

 

This opportunity, and ‘The Synergy Way’, is dependent on us ‘getting it’ that we are primarily in the business of sharing Forever Living Product’s (FLP’s) World-Class Business Model, and being rewarded for it for the rest of our lives - and more (it’s willable to two generations). Retailing products can always form a part of your business, but it is almost always secondary to your focus on ‘building business by building people’. It is possible to achieve a very high level of success within this business without ever selling a single product. The objective is either to share the business model directly with others, or to recommend that they try the products, prior to being introduced to the business model.

 

Whatever your initial approach may be, your primary intent is to have people join our Community of Forever Wholesale Customers, with every member enjoying the same health and business benefits, and the same opportunity. Having said this, there will be some people who really are interested in using the products only, and that’s fine. It will certainly help you to have a few consistent retail customers; after-all the business is dependent on the movement of products – whether they are consumed by members of the FLP Community, or retailed to outside users.

 

Our Philosophy

 

So far we have spoken of our culture, but what of the philosophy of ‘The Synergy Way’? Quite simply, ours is a philosophy that embraces personal growth and leadership on three levels:

 

1. Self; getting it that you either take charge of your own dreams, or become a slave to somebody else’s.

2. Team; understanding that realising your dreams is dependent on helping others to realise theirs.

3. Legacy; making sure that you pass on our philosophy, with every person on your Team taking charge of their dreams by helping people on their Team take charge of theirs.

 

In order for Team Synergy to grow as fast as possible, we are dependent on attracting high calibre individuals and couples into our business; and for them to very quickly take charge of their own growth. This is what will guarantee your success, as well as theirs.

 

We will always be focused on the next phase of business growth, so that we can expose this opportunity to increasing numbers of hungry high quality entrepreneurs, to the benefit of all of us. This means that it is critical for each and every person to embrace our philosophy of self-development and ‘legacy leadership’. It is our responsibility to kick-start the journey of every person that joins our Team, by being as generous and supportive as we possibly can; as it is your responsibility to do the same within yours. Thereafter, it is up to them to ‘pay it forward’.

 

In support of our philosophy we will, as frequently as possible, and as widely as is feasible, be offering workshops focused on self and business-development, as well as regular ‘sizzles’ (building our community, offering inspiration, skills, product-information, and answering questions). This is particularly relevant in the South African context, where, outside of what is available online, we are not blessed with the volume and quality of training that is available in the UK, Australia, and beyond. So, if you are in the UK or Australia, or another 1st world country, please take charge of your own destiny right away, by attending the training and reading the books that are out there; as well as attending Success Days, regular Business Presentations, and ‘Sizzles’. Just do it!
